Gym Stuff: Week 3

  • Down 2 LBS from last week, making a total of 5.5 LBS lost so far.
  • I was out of commission almost all of last week, Monday through Wednesday (I had a stomach flu and my back was more sore than a hooker on Friday night)
  • I went to the gym 2 times, one time less than last week.
  • My clothes don’t feel like I’m going to pop out of them at any moment, so that’s a plus
