Gym Stuff: Week 4

  • I’m down another 2.5 LBS, making a total of 7.5 LBS lost so far
  • (I’m now 170)
  • Last week was another rough one with debilitating soreness. This week, the calves were the culprit.
  • I only made it 2 times again, just like last week, but I did make a solid effort in terms of cardio and diet.
  • I can feel my lungs building up a bit of tolerance as I can make it through a 20 minute jog and 30 minutes of intense work on the elliptical
  • Things are still looking up, despite half of that pie I had on Monday ;)
